I recently had my drone repaired by Mick from UAV Down, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.When I first contacted him, he was quick to respond and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He even gave me some helpful tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again in the future.During the repair process, he kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I was aware of any additional costs before proceeding. He was also able to complete the repair much faster than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise!When I picked up my drone, it looked and performed like new again. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work he did, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for drone repair services.Overall, my experience with UAV Down was outstanding, and I would give him 5 stars without hesitation. Very helpful, quick and professional fix for my drone problem. I needed express service after crushing my drone just before out holidays and got it done within 24 hrs. Highly recommend and will use it again without doubt.

We were extremely happy with the work done by Mick at UAV to repair our drone, plus he managed to repair it really quickly so my son could take it on holidays . He also showed my son some new tricks with how to use the controller that he has enjoyed doing. I would highly recommend this business and will be using them in the future if / when my son crashes his drone again! 5 star service.

I sent my Phantom 4 to Mick to get a service and replace a couple of things. All went very well, the communication was awesome and gave me all the information that I needed. I then paid the invoice nearly $1000 via a direct debit....then crickets...nothing. It's been a week since it's been repaired and 50 unanswered calls and multiple sms...NO updates. Currently still waiting on the tracking number. Very frustrating. If there is no communication shortly or my drone does not arrive I will be filling out a police report for theft.UPDATE.......It's now been about a month and no update from Mick. Do not send anything to him DO NOT TRUST HIM. In my experience he is a frauden thief. I am out about $3000 to this conman. I will be waiting to get a police update once my report has been actioned. Report him to police for fraud. Providing payment for service not received.Hope this report will start the flood of reports about this man to police.

I would give UAV Down 6 stars if that was an option. I sent a frantic email on a Saturday night after crashing my drone. Nick rang the next day (Sunday) and gave me a quote and I organised express postage to WA from rural SA. Nick collected the drone from the PO within the hour, had it fixed in less than 2 hours and the drone was back at the Post Office the same day! Fixed price quote, amazing real time updates, phone calls to check in and a repair with genuine parts. If only all companies had this level of care and customer service! I will be forever grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough!! Thank you so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mick was so quick to respond and to get my Mavic Air 2 in for repairs when nobody else could squeeze me in for 3 weeks. His pricing is competitive and his service great however I'm still chasing him for the propellers that I paid for 4 weeks ago and cant get a hold of him after leaving messages and voicemails.Please get back to me mate.
